This module is based on Chapter 5 excerpted from the ASCC Contractor's Guide to Quality Concrete Construction, which addresses the use of formwork used on construction projects. Specific sections deal with safety considerations, types of forms, form materials and hardware, basic form design, and formwork cost. This document was developed by the American Society of Concrete Contractors and reviewed and approved by E703 - Construction Practices and the ACI Educational Activities Committee.
