General Counsel

The American Concrete Institute (ACI) is the leading authority and resource worldwide for the development and distribution of consensus-based standards, technical resources, and educational programs related to the concrete industry.

The General Counsel will serve as the chief legal advisor to the organization, providing guidance on a wide range of legal, regulatory, and governance matters. The role will oversee all legal functions and provide strategic legal counsel for ACI and its subsidiaries. The role ensures legal compliance, mitigates risk, and upholds ethical business practices, while supporting and advancing ACI’s goals.
