This module is based on an audio chapter, excerpted from The Contractor's Guide to Quality Concrete Construction, addresses concrete placement and finishing on construction projects. Specific sections deal with various methods for depositing concrete, consolidation, finishing slabs-on-ground, hot and cold weather placement, and curing. This document was developed by the American Society of Concrete Contractors and reviewed and approved by E703 - Construction Practices and the ACI Educational Activities Committee.
