Abstract:
Results are presented from tests on 16 small reinforced concrete slabs. Fifteen of the slabs were loaded with a uniequation form load, approximated by a large number of point loads;the other slab was loaded with a concentrated load. Test results are compared with the ultimate failure loads and fail-ure crack patterns as predicted by theory.
