Abstract:
Another booklet in the Concrete Craftsman Series offers construction knowledge for the apprentice, journeyman, and foreman involved with cast-in-place supported beams and slabs. For the apprentice craftsman, it provides a source of information to help supplement this practical experience. For the foreman, it covers technical conditions related to shoring, reshoring, form removal, reinforcement placement, concrete placing, finishing and curing. This publication is not intended for use as a design aid but rather a guide to good practice.
