Abstract: Note: A newer version of this document exists. This document was replaced by 533R-11. Note: 533R-93 is Out of Print. However, a PDF version is available. This guide presents recommendations for precast wall panels. This guide should be used with ACI 318 "Building Code Requirements for Reinforced Concrete" which may be legally binding. In addition to a discussion of the basic principles of design, tolerances and materials, this guide also discusses fabrication, installation, quality requirements and testing.
