Abstract:
This presentation will discuss a case between two contractors, a prime and a sub. As a result of this case, we will discuss how the critical various documents presented in the suit were evaluated by the court. We will discuss how emails, spreadsheets, notes, meeting minutes and other documents were handled in this case and how they present examples of lessons learned for both engineers and contractors. These documents and the associated issues became key to the final outcome in a suit.
