Abstract:
In this chapter the various stages of the project are described in some detail, including the corresponding planning, with particular attention paid to the preliminary stages and facilities for the project. Details are also given of the alterations made during the execution of the works at the Algeciras basin. Finally, a breakdown of the planning for the operations at sea is included, and the controls built into the overall scheduling are described.
