Abstract:This paper summarizes a new ACI publication titled Report on High-Volume Fly Ash Concrete for Structural Applications. High-volume fly ash (HVFA) concrete is a sustainable concrete that is currently available for wide-scale usage. Technical knowledge on the material from over two decades of research and field experience are presented to provide the design and construction industry with confidence in using HVFA concrete.
