Abstract:
The effects of the amount and addition approaches of industrial waste residue, sand-binder ratio and steel fiber content on the fluidity and mechanical properties of ultra-high performance concrete are studied. Under the normal molding and standard curing condition, ultra-high performance concrete with compressive strength of 200MPa is prepared by using the ways of composite industrial waste residue replacing cement greatly, common sand substituting quartz sand totally, adding small-sized steel fiber and optimizing the matrix composition.
