Abstract:
Innovative placement methods for new and specialized types of concrete are described. Typical applications are roller-compacted concrete, frost-resistant shotcrete, cohesive underwater concrete, overlays, and mass-produced concrete mattresses. The use of conventional concrete is also benefitting from new systems, patents, and improvements to established placement techniques.
