Abstract:
As part of a large programme investigating the flexural behavior of full size partially prestressed composite T-beams, three dimensionally randomly distributed steel fibres have been introduced into a limited number of the precast webs. . .The tests show that steel fibre reinforcement can result in some improvement in the flexural behaviour of partially prestressed composite T-beams.
