Abstract:
A method is presented for calculating the ultimate flexural capacity of fully prestressed, partially prestressed, and nonprestressed arbitrary concrete sections reinforced with any combination of prestressed and nonprestressed reinforcement with individual mechanical properties. The method is suitable for programmable handheld calculators.
