Abstract:
Of the various modular bridge joint sealing systems for large movements, the Multiple Support Bar Equilibrium Control (MSBEC) Stystem has proven to be dependable and durable. Over the last 15 years this system has been used in over 10,000 bridges in various parts of the world and has required little or no maintence.
