Abstract:
It certainly would be presumptive on my part to assume to tell you all the causes of failure or lack of success in the concrete block industry. Many theories may be found inefficient when put to practical tests, so I shall only treat the subject in the light of my own observations in the field, and shall point out the most glaring dangers which seem to confront us, in order that we may suggest remedies to overcome them.
