Abstract:
We will treat in this paper more particularly of cement sidewalk specifications and have prepared a set of specifications and present them in the hope that your attention may be called to the importance of the subject and that in the near future this Association may appoint a committee to co-operate with municipal and other engineering organizations in the preparation of standard specifications for this cass of work.
