Abstract:
These regulations are drawn to cover the use of reinforced concrete in any structure to be erected under the provisions of the building code of which they form a part. They are intended to supplement the general provisions of the code in order to provide for the proper design and construction of structures of this material. In all matters pertaining to the design and construction where these specific regulations are in conflict with other provisions of the code, these regulations shall govern.
