Abstract:
In discussing the effects of water or ally other ingredients used in making concrete on the workability of concrete, it, is, I believe, important first to establish what is meant by workability. In so far as workability applies to concrete. I take it to be that property by virtue of which it may be properly worked in place with ease, with the least amount of energy, in the least time, therefore at the least cost.
