Abstract:
A permanent interactive art installation of sustainable concrete elevation sculptures ("The Underwater") is being created across all parks in Miami-Dade County, FL, USA. The installation was initiated by the local artist Xavier Cortada as an art project to create yard signs and painted street intersections that bring attention to the area's vulnerability to rising sea levels.
