Abstract:
Describes design and construction of a 1.5 million gallon, high-purity oxygen aeration tank for a brewery. The crack-free nature of post-tensioned concrete is expected to provide superior protection to reinforcement from the brewery waste, which, in combination with oxygen, is more corrosive than normal municipal sewage.
