Abstract:
For a young professional in the concrete industry, involvement with a professional organization, such as ACI, provides the tools for career success. Motivation for continuing education is important. There are many opportunities for learning at ACI conventions and local chapter meetings. This article is the winning entry in the 2016 ACI Young Professional Essay Contest.
