Description:
A certified Post-Installed Concrete Anchor Installation Inspector is an individual who has demonstrated the knowledge required to properly inspect the installation of post-installed adhesive and mechanical anchors in concrete. The Inspector must understand the responsibilities and qualification requirements of the Installer, inspection requirements as cited in the documents governing the construction of the project, and the process governing the qualification of anchor systems.

REGISTRATION FEES
Certification Testing
Member: $550
Non Member: $625

Includes study guide, classroom review, mandatory adhesive anchor installation demonstration, and written exams.

Written Exam Only
Member: $220
Non Member: $275

Only for those individuals who failed their written exam on their first attempt. Fee includes written exam (no study guide)

SCHEDULE
Saturday - Written Only Retests
7:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Retest, Written Exams Only

Saturday - Full Certification
7:00 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. Classroom Installer Review Session
9:00 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. Classroom Inspector Review Session/Mandatory Video -Installation Procedures
11:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. Lunch
12:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. Written Exams

There is absolutely no photography, audio or video recording allowed at the training, review, or testing sessions.

CANCELLATION POLICY
Participant can cancel registration by emailing a request to lvaciregistration@outlook.com five (5) business days prior to the review session and receive a refund of the registration fees less $175 cancellation fee. Substitutions may be made at any time prior to the event by emailing lvaciregistration@outlook.com.
