Description:
Meeting: The First International Conference on Net-Zero Built Environment: Innovations in Materials, Structures, and Management Practices will be held June 19-21, 2024, in Oslo, Norway.

Solicited: The Net-Zero Future conference is an international event dedicated to advancing research, innovation, and collaboration in pursuing a sustainable and net-zero carbon built environment. This inaugural conference aims to bring together leading experts, researchers, practitioners, and stakeholders worldwide to accelerate the transition toward a greener and more sustainable future. Participants will have the opportunity to explore a wide range of topics relevant to the net-zero agenda, including sustainable materials and construction techniques, energy-efficient building design, renewable energy integration, smart technologies, life-cycle assessment, policy frameworks, and community engagement. The conference offers two tracks:
• Academic presentations—submission of abstract and full-text paper; and
• Project presentations—submission of title and a short description (does not require a scientific article). This route is suitable for presenting relevant projects, initiatives, and ideas.

Deadline: Abstracts are due by January 20, 2024.
Contributors who do not plan to submit a full-text manuscript can submit their abstracts until March 30, 2024.
