The roles of the parties involved in construction projects often can be confusing. It is important that the responsibilities of each party are clear, coordinated, and consistent. This guide suggests the allocation of responsibilities amongst the owner, the licensed design professional, the general contractor, the subcontractor(s), specialty engineer(s), concrete material supplier, the testing/inspection agency, the construction manager, and more.
