ACI Ambassador Speaker Program


The ACI Ambassador Speaker Program promotes ACI technical expertise globally and creates, strengthens and solidifies ACI relations with international organizations (chapters, partners, technical societies, etc.) This program serves two audiences:

Expert Speakers – The ACI Ambassador Speaker Program enables expert speakers from ACI membership to represent ACI in international concrete-related conferences and symposiums. If you are an ACI member and would like to be considered for future roles as an ACI Ambassador Speaker, please send your resume/bio/CV and a list of your areas of expertise to Bernie Pekor at bernie.pekor@concrete.org. (Note: Approved Ambassador Speakers may be eligible to receive reimbursement for qualified travel expenses up to US$6,000.)

Conference Organizers – If you would like to request an ACI Ambassador Speaker for your concrete-related conference, symposium, or other event, please complete the application form below. For additional information on the ACI Ambassador Speaker Program, please contact Bernie Pekor at bernie.pekor@concrete.org.

2.  Specifications for ACI Ambassador Speaker

a.  How will the ACI speaker be utilized (opening/closing, key note, etc.)?

b.  Is a paper required as part of the speaker's presentation?

  

c.  What ACI speaker costs will be covered by the conference organizer (conference fees, hotel, meals, airfare, etc.)?

d.  Do you or the organizer of the conference have any suggestions on speakers from ACI?


3.  About the conference

a.  Have you requested ACI to cosponsor this conference by completing the form on the ACI website (https://www.concrete.org/newsandevents/requestcosponsorship.aspx)?
