The American Concrete Institute (ACI) today announced it earned two 2025 Hermes Creative Awards for outstanding achievement in marketing and communications. ACI earned Gold for its 2024 Global Impact Report in the Print Media – Publications – Annual Report category. The report is an annual review that highlights the Institute's achievements, key milestones, and future initiatives. ACI also earned Honorable Mention in the Print Media – Publications – Newsletter category for its Resource Update, a printed newsletter distributed to ACI Members that includes information on new ACI resources released within the past year. “These awards reflect the dedication of ACI staff and volunteers to produce high-quality communications that promote technical excellence, advance expertise, and support our mission,” said Frederick H. Grubbe, ACI executive vice president. “We are honored to be recognized among such a talented field of marketing and communications professionals.” Administered and judged by the Association of Marketing and Communication Professionals (AMCP), Hermes Creative Awards is one of the most respected competitions in the creative industry. Judging is conducted by industry professionals who seek out work that exceeds a high standard of excellence and sets a benchmark for the industry. The 2025 competition attracted more than 6,000 entries from the United States, Canada, and over two dozen other countries. Winners were selected from more than 200 categories spanning advertising, publications, marketing, branding, integrated marketing, public relations / communications, electronic media, and pro bono work.
