RESULTS FOR FINITE ELEMENT ANALYSIS


The finite element method predicts the behavior of larger more complex structures by separating the structure into smaller mathematically discrete parts called elements. These elements have a simple geometry and are easier to analyze. The method requires solving many algebraic equations simultaneously, which is completed with the aid of a computer.
