Abstract:
In a major construction project, four different classes of concrete were specified and used. Strength and temperature data for these job-cast, lab-oratory- cured cylinders are presented. Analysis of these data verifies the effect of con-crete temperature at placement on concrete strength-as this temperature goes up, the concrete strength comes down.
