Abstract: Bituminous and clear curing compounds are de- scribed and the Bureau of Reclamation test procedure for determining their relative efficiencies is out-lined. Moisture loss and abrasion test data are given for specimens coated with clear paraffin base, asphalt cut-back, coal tar cut-back, and asphalt emulsion.
