Abstract:A dynamic tests campaign has been carried out in the ?Viaducto sobre el Río Tajo?, by the ?Subdireccion General de Construccion de Infraestructira Ferroviaria del Ministerio de Fomento?. These tests consist on the passage of commercial trains at high speed (between 200 km/h and 300 km/h). In these tests, dynamic ampliffication coefficient near to 200% have been registered. In this article the variation of impact coefficient with trains speeds and the possible causes of the amplitude reached are analyzed. Likewise a design criterion for railways bridges in High Speed Lines is included.
