Abstract:
With manganese slag and slag activated by compound alkali based on water glass and a little cement,alkali-activated cementitious materials can be made. And the mechanical property and hydration process of alkali-activated manganese slag and slag cementitious materials are studied. The results show that: at hydration age of 3d7d,the adaptability of manganese slag and slag in alkali-activated cementitious materials can change from the poor to the better. With the percentage of slag increasing, which is instead of manganese slag in alkali-activated cementitious materials,at early age of hydration(before 3d),more slowly the degree of hydration products generated may be and the lower compressive strength can be.After 7d,disintegration and erosion of quartz act greatly, and the degree of solution and combination in the system can gradually increase, and hydration products can be on the increase, and the amount of chemically combined water can increase gradually, and compressive strength of alkali-activated manganese slag and slag cementitious materials can gradually rise.
