Abstract:We have discussing at considerable length various problems and unanswered questions with the use of accelerators and cement in concrete. The subject of shotcrete strength development has also occupied much of our dialogue. "I want to present to you a shotcreting system that uses neither accelerators nor portland cement and develops high early strength. I am talking about what we call 'polymer shotcrete'."
