A biography of Duff Andrew Abrams. Duff Andrew Abrams was born in Illinois in 1880. He graduated from the University of Illinois in 1905. A contemporary description of Abrams, prepared by A.R. Lord when Abrams become president of The American Concrete Institute in 1931 and describing an association that began at the University of Illinois, provides an interesting insight into Abhrams and his work. . .
