Abstract:
This paper presents a method of analysis of the dynamic effects in concrete highway bridges due to moving vehicles. Unlike other methods available in literature, this method obtains the dynamic response by summing the effect of the inertia force of the bridge itself and the effect of the interacting forces between the vehicles and bridge.
