Abstract:
The cement shall meet the requirements of the Standard Specifications for Portland Cement of the American Society for Testing Materials and adopted by this Association. (Standard No. 1.) This paper includes materials,aggregates, forms, sub-base, base, mixing, placing of concrete, wearing surface, single-coat work, and protection and grading.
