Abstract:
The cement shall meet the requirements of the Standard Specifications for Portland Cement of the American Society for Testing Materials and adopted by this Association. (Standard No. 1.) This paper includes materials,aggregates, forms, size and thickness of slabs, sub-base, base, mixing, placing of concrete, wearing surface, single-coat work, protection and grading, and curbs.
