Abstract:
The City of Richmond, Ind., cannot claim to have a large amount of concrete roadways, but it constructed some of the first concrete street pavements. The first roadway, lain in 1896, now has nearly 14 years of life and usefulness to its credit, and is still continuing its service without having cost one cent for repairs.
