Abstract:
The Committee is not prepared to make any definite recommendation, and will confine itself principally to a review of some of the more important features affecting the use of reinforced concrete. The adoption of a standard practice in reinforced concrete, is in itself a distinct advance over the chaotic conditions existing some years ago. Appendix I and II follows.
