Abstract:
Two years ago, in speaking on the use of concrete in Europe, I discussed in a general way the progress that was being made and constrasted the conditions prevailing in various parts of Europe. It was also pointed out that in the artistic treatment of concrete the foreign enigneer and architect undoubtedly showed greater skill than was shown in this country, and therefore obtained much more pleasing results.
