Abstract:
The committee is not in position to make a formal report at this time. It is a rather large one and widely distributed so that it has been practically impossible to call the members together for a meeting, and the progress by means of correspondence has been unfortunately slow. The committee has to bring our recommended practice for the construction and design of concrete pavements, and also the specifications, up to date.
