Abstract: A complete description of the 300-ft. reinforced-concrete chimney built by the Universal Portland Cement Co. at its Duluth plant, together with the proposed series of tests and the necessary apparatus therefor, was given by Benjamin Wilk at the 1926 convention of the American Concrete Institute.
