Abstract:
Stained, polished, and overlayed floors each have unique requirements that must be coordinated with the work of other trades. Regardless of the technique, protection of the bare concrete and the finished floor is one of the best ways to avoid costly repairs and maintain quality. As discussed in this article, proper scheduling of the decorative work is essential if the floor is to meet the owner’s expectations.
