Abstract:
A number of factors influencing air entrainment have been previously reported. Two furthur factors affecting the amount of air entrained in concrete mixtures, temperature and the surface area of the cement have been investigated. The amount of air entrained decreases with increasing temperature, expressed as its volume at standard temperature and pressure. With increasing surface area of cement the amount
