Abstract:
The new Infrastructure Investment Bill together with an additional program announced by the Federal Highway Administration will provide funding for a variety of infrastructure projects, including roads and bridges across the country. To produce lower-carbon concrete for these projects, cement companies must strike the right balance between cost and sustainability.
