Abstract:
In this article, the authors discuss the importance of condition evaluation of existing concrete structures as well as issues associated with the design of concrete repairs. Topics include the various stages of concrete repair (condition evaluation, durability planning, design, and specifications), durability of a repair, and the process needed for a successful repair.
