“Member retention strategy?” you ask. “Why do we need one? Membership renewal is unpredictable, and we don’t really have control over it.” But is member retention really out of your control? Yes, there are some instances that cannot be controlled, like when a member has to relocate for a new job. However, there are a lot of opportunities to engage members so they will remain in your chapter.
