Abstract:
As every ACI chapter officer knows, the procedures and bylaws governing chapter operations are essential to the efficient functioning of their organization. Because some procedures may have been set in place years ago as responses to contemporary (but temporary) demands, it is a good practice to periodically clean house and streamline your chapter’s procedures. By measuring the needs of current and future members, and by gauging how your chapter should respond, you will help guide your chapter to a successful future.
