Abstract:
I am a Chartered British structural engineer and was recently offered an opportunity to collaborate on a project in the United States. I have knowledge of ACI codes due to years of working in other countries. Considering that different states/cities might have varying requirements, will using standard versions of these codes be enough, and are there any differences/obstacles I would need to be aware of?
