Abstract:
The Portland Cement Association (PCA) first came in contact with videotape in the early 1970s by purchasing a black-and-white camera and recorder that we began to use in our sales-training efforts – primarily for playing salesman/customer situations. That expanded into producing some of our own vignettes for use in both sales and supervisory management programs; some of this work was done in cooperation with the Video Training Department at St. Xavier College in Chicago, Ill.
