Abstract:
Tests have been performed to show the effect of vacuum treatment with respect to the imperviousness of plain concrete. The tests have clearly shown that a low water-cement ratio, combined with vacuum treatment, led to the best result. Quantitative, as well as qualitative, results are presented.
